of good sportsmanship. Is confident our students will be well
behaved at the game.

Fund.

Are not talking about RIF’s right now.
Submitted financial reports to ISBE and anticipates will get
Financial Recognition again this year.
Brown commented that it’s a pain to come to the front
door for games and then have to go around the building to the
back door. Principal Hettmansberger commented that this change
resulted from not being able to find enough ticket takers for
games.
Announcements and Discussion:
Fee Schedule for next school year was discussed. Superintendent
Lewis reviewed possible revamping of registration fees. Will
survey other schools for meal pricing. Hutchinson asked that
Food Service bid specs include different pricing for the two
buildings as the younger students are not given as much as older
students but are charged the same amount.
Hutchinson asked what the IHSA looked at for conference tournaments.
Hettmansberger said they looked at the scoreboard, locker facilities,
and out of bounds, among other things. Hutchinson asked about
the policy on fan buses. Hettmansberger said few students have
signed up to ride the bus in the past. Hopefully this will be
an issue that will have to be talked about for next Friday.
Superintendent Lewis told the Board that they hoped to hear
final word in May regarding the grant that was jointly submitted
with Villa Grove School District.
Means questioned if games and events in conflict with Thursday’s
Sectional Tournament had been rescheduled. Superintendent Lewis
said there shouldn’t be any conflicts as things had been
moved up allowing enough time for the 7:30 start.
Superintendent Lewis asked the Board to consider visiting classrooms
next month to see the technology improvements. They will finish
up with everyone this summer.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 7:36
PM.
