I want to
thank everyone for making my time here at Shiloh a great experience.
I have resigned my position as superintendent to take a job
with the State Board of Education as Manager of School Finance.
This is an opportunity I cannot pass up. I wish you all the
best.

Board Meeting Brief
Consent
Agenda Items and Bills were approved by the Board.
Transportation/Maintenance
and Administrative Team Reports were given.
Several
district residents spoke to the Board on the issue of the Newman
Building.
The motion
to close the Newman Grade School failed. The Newman Building
will stay open for now.
The Board
approved the completion report for the boiler shell replacements
and the replacement of natural gas piping.
The Board
approved the student council state convention trip.
The Board
approved moving 6th grade volleyball players as part of the
7th grade team.
The Board
approved the resolution for reduction-in-force for Sheryl Haddix.
The Board
discussed the gym floor and will talk about it at the March
meeting.
The Board
gave direction to bid for diesel fuel and unleaded gas.
The Board
approved resignations of Sharon Pine, Kate Ingram and Donna
Luallen.
